This ferry dock and main port is the most dynamic settlement on the island. Regardless, it is also a favourite tourist destination that offers a variety of content for the whole family. Also, this is where the only gas station on the island is located. In the cove Banje just next to Rogac you can find a perfect beach for the young ones, which is favourite because of its content. The beaches Garma, Bočac and Kašjun in the vicinity of the centre are gravely but if you want more privacy there are plenty of rocks to hide behind. 2 km away from Rogac is one of the biggest settlements on the island, Grohote that have an excellent farmers market. The settlement is really small and it never developed further because it was subject to frequent pirate invasions, that of course no longer happen but the islanders like to remember them with their funny pirate nights.
